What is your lead time?

Current lead time: Orders typically ship within a few weeks. We’re moving parts, packing gear, and teaching a few very eager dogs not to sit on the boxes, so custom items may take longer. If you ordered during a product drop, holiday, or a surprise stampede of tails, expect a little extra patience—our team will keep you posted with tracking info as soon as your package claws its way out the door.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally: while we’d love to send our quirky collars and rugged gear to every pup planet-wide, our shipping is strictly domestic only. Orders can be placed and delivered within the United States; at this time we cannot process, fulfill, or ship orders to addresses outside the U.S. This policy helps us keep delivery fast, costs predictable, and quality control tight—so your pup gets the best possible gear without cross-border hiccups.

My product shipped but never arrived.

If you haven't received your order after receiving a delivery notification, please wait 48 hours before contacting us as faulty delivery notifications have been known to occur. After 48 hours, reach out to us at k9xgear@gmail.com and we'll begin locating the order. If after 7 days the package can't be located, we may open a formal case with the shipping carrier to have your order found.
